Subscription Guidelines

In addition to one-time purchases, Heavenly Essentials also offers a subscription for selected items. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and can be canceled or paused at any time. Delivery is automatic according to the chosen delivery interval, e.g., every six or twelve months.

Payment is processed via the payment method saved in the customer account for each delivery. Customers can change their subscription settings themselves in their customer account or submit change requests in writing via email. Items purchased with the "Personalization" options are not eligible for subscription.
